We were facing some problem with BelgaumPages mail system. The issue is resolved. Now we have configured smtp servers of google for sending mails.

Just one more suggestion, Can we have backup website for this website? I mean, If some thing goes wrong with this website the users,members,visitors are redirected to other site where you can publish the Notifications about emergency maintenance or an staging environment.
